Core Strength

Monday 9.30-10:30am (Online)

 

Non-impact, mat based strength class open to all ages, genders and level of strength, targeting the Core muscles or "Powerhouse" of the body. This class draws on variations of mat-based Pilates-style technique mixed in with other toning & conditioning exercises, using body weight and resistance bands. Improved posture and stronger abdominals/back and a sense of general well-being are some of the benefits you can expect to gain from this class. Register for more info and/or ask questions.

Core Fusion

*Thursday 11.30-12.45pm (studio; Booking via Yoga Bodhi)

 

 

A challenging yet fun non-impact class open to all; very much based around the Core but involving the body as a whole in a very mindful way, for improved posture, strength, stability, agility, grace and mobility, towards building a strong & lean physique; this class will also serve students looking to improve performance in other sports & activities. We’ll play with both body weight and added resistance (optional) . This class is Virginie’s signature class as her own mix of movement disciplines she has trained in and practiced herself over the past two decades! General to intermediate Level.  

Cost: *£15.00 drop in studio & Yoga Bodhi Class Pass holders (Yoga Bodhi booking/cancellation policies apply).

Good Morning Yoga

A slow-medium paced yoga flow to wake up and energise, fully mobilising and opening the body and setting positive intentions for a good day ahead. This class will include elements of Zen Yoga using postures to work on specific meridians according to season to support healing/health. Suitable for all

Strength & Conditioning

Tues 11:30-12:30 & Fri 10:30-11:30 (see dates)

 

A course of 4x60min sessions over 4 weeks in very small group (3 people) in person to consider each individual’s needs & goals and proper technique. Cross training class largely focused on resistance training/weight lifting to build/maintain muscle mass. A dynamic warm up followed by key activation drills to prepare for a full body approach workout for greater energy expenditure, greater increase in metabolism & greater hormonal response per workout. No experience necessary; mandatory screening. There are two group sessions G1 on Tuesdays and G2 on Fridays and you can sign up for G1 4 wk course or G2 4wk course or both

Cost: £120/person in group of 3 (Cost is for either Tuesday course or Friday course)

Location: Home PT fully equipped studio
